Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Leedlime.

1. Billing Model

Leedlime offers:

  • Recurring subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
  • A one-time 2-Day Pass for temporary access.

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments, our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a plan or pass, you authorize the applicable charge and any recurring charges associated with your selected subscription until you cancel.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods unless approved by us in writing.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only. It does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.

3. One-Time Pass Purchases

The 2-Day Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Access expires automatically at the end of the pass period.

4. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following cases:

  • You request a refund within seven (7) days of the initial purchase.
  • You provide a clear explanation of the issue, including why the leads or results were not relevant to your use case.
  • Your request relates to your first purchase of the applicable plan or pass.

Refunds are reviewed manually and granted at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than seven (7) days after the charge.
  • Renewals of an existing subscription.
  • Partial use of a billing period after significant use of the platform.
  • One-time or subscription purchases already substantially consumed.
  • Accounts found to be abusing the platform or violating our Terms of Service.
  • Taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or similar third-party charges.

6. Partial Refunds

In limited cases, we may offer a full or partial refund for unused service value if:

  • A material technical issue prevented reasonable use of the platform.
  • We made a platform change that substantially reduced the purchased functionality.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges were processed.

Partial refunds are reviewed case by case.

7. How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@leedlime.com and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The plan or pass purchased.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

We aim to review eligible requests within five (5) business days.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

9. Effect of Cancellation or Refund

If your subscription is canceled:

  • Future renewals stop.
  • Access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

If a refund is approved:

  • Access to the refunded plan or pass may be removed immediately or at our discretion.
  • We may suspend or close access to features tied to the refunded purchase.
  • Related usage, saved data, or results may become inaccessible in line with our service and data handling practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
